The emptiness is still there.

You change clothes, change the colour of hair, change of path, change friendships but what you feel inside, your problems do not change.

I believe your and I can tell you that this happens with everybody.

The problem is not to understand that the guilty for these sorrows, this emotional imbalance, the results that don’t come at work, nor in finance, all this can be limitations within you.


Limitations that you don’t even know that they exist, much less how to overcome them.


When I learned to identify my true ME, I was able to understand that the greatest villain of my life was my thoughts and how I faced the world around me.

Thus, I began to see that in fact, 

There was no problems in my life, but obstacles to be overcome. Have you heard that phrase: "without knowing that it was impossible, he was there and did"!?

You need to understand that many things
that are happening in their life, or worse, many things that are not happening in your life, are arising from your thoughts, constantly focused in fear, in lack and not in joy and in abundance.

But remember, this happens automatically and innocently! 

But how to delete these thoughts?


The information in itself is very simple, and so simple the mind doubts it!

But first, you need to identify which thoughts (beliefs limiting) are more constant and blocking your potential.

Thus, we can begin to practice immediately so that you can identify your beliefs, clear your emotional mind and find your true ME in you, rushing to the realization of your dreams.


You, from today on, before going sleep (do not make this practice lying by the risk of sleep, you can sit down on the bed, or even go to a tranquil place) make a preview of your day, to see where your attention is more focused on and therefore, what thoughts you had during it.

Note which are more constant. It can be for example: 

* The fear of not having enough money to pay for the bill that is about to expire,

* permeating argues that you had during the day with some work colleague or family,

* Bringing memories of an unpleasant moment of the past.

Fetch your attention to look at where you focused on this day: what were the first news that sought in a newspaper (news about the city? Sports? Sad or joyous news?).

What videos you are watching on television or internet, which films you prefer watching? (Romantic? Comedy? Adventure, or horror movies?), which songs and what feelings they have generated in you? What kind of music do you listen? (classical? POP? Funk?).

This view of your day has the target for you to know even more about your tastes, what may have been your preferences since childhood, or where you are focusing your unknowingly attention.


They are not the medicines that will heal you. It is not a new garment that will make you feel better. It is not unnecessary spending in things that will heal your pain.


From today you will enter into a new era of self-knowledge and each day, during the whole new day, you will be a better person and happier!
